Below are the various packages. Each one can be tailored to your personal needs and fitness level. Designed with periodization in mind, your chosen package will give you the tools and knowledge to change your routine to continuously stimulate your muscles and shock your system into further development. How long have you been stuck doing the back into your fitness!

Maintenance Package (2x a week)

If you are a do-it-yourselfer and need a start-up boost and do one or two more sessions on your own, or if your schedule is so tight that two sessions are all you can spare but do not want to pack on weight and diminish your health, the maintenance package will allow you to keep your body fit and healthy. Also, if you have been out of the gym in a while and need to rebuild your energy levels more slowly, this package is for you. Keep it simple, fun and efficient!

Transformation Package (3x a week)

Three sessions per week, total body workout, for optimal toning and balanced fitness. Ideal for the busy professional who doesn’t want to think about what to do and ensure all body parts are targeted and exercised. Recommended also for those seeking to lose weight quickly but safely, if you haven’t been exercising in a while, as well as those in post secondary rehabilitation from injury.

Action Package (4x a week)

For the warrior within! This four-day split hits the muscles even harder while allowing more recovery time in-between to ensure proper muscular hypertrophy (growth). Still individually tailored to your needs like all packages, the type of work out you will experience will deliver amazing results! Increased stamina, muscular endurance, size and agility, you’ll be amazed at what your body can do with the Action Package. Great for athletes, law enforcement, weekend warriors or actors in preparation of a physically challenging role. Take it out for a test drive and see how well you do on the slopes, in the water, in the ring, in the skate park, climbing rocks or wherever else you get your kicks!

Fitness Lifestyle (5x a week)

For the gym rat who cannot get enough, for whom fitness is like breathing. Hit one body part per day for maximal muscular growth. Combine core and martial arts to develop a super hero body and awaken abilities you never knew you had. This one packs the ultimate adrenaline punch! Combine various types of exercising to shock your system and keeping it sharp, adaptable to any situation.
