developer Philippe Tomaszewski wrote and assisted in reviewing over 315
items. His precise expertise in the areas of assessment, program design,
exercise science, nutrition, client relations and administration, and

At times, words are not enough to describe how grateful I am to
Philippe. To thank him for showing me the way is a nice way to begin.
Philippe has become more than a personal trainer to me, in fact, he
became my life coach. Through all the "tough" work out
routines and martial arts practice, another Sabrina emerged. Philippe
pushed to the point where I think, at times, is impossible for me to go

A cut above the rest…
I hesitantly decided to move forward with personal training
sessions as I feared the financial expense and did not know whether it
would be worth it. To say that my expectations have been surpassed would
be a gross understatement.
Philippe’s knowledge base of how the body functions in
terms of movement, nutrition and the integration thereof and of how we
can maximize the exercises /workouts to achieve our desired results is
phenomenal. I always found myself being challenged by new exercises that
were interesting and never boring. There is always a reason that
Philippe chooses particular avenues for different clients as he looks at
the whole picture of where the client is at and what their long term
goals are. The “energy” that I feel when training with Philippe is that
