COACH: KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE, PROVEN RESULTS

In May of 2008, Philippe Til Tomaszewski completed an intense training workshop with Wildfitness in London, UK, in wild movement patterns as well as received training on the Pose Method of Running with Lee Saxby, Level 4 Coach in Pose Running (one of the only two Level 4 coaches worldwide under Dr Romanov, creator of the Pose Running Method).

Nationally Certified Trainer with NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) and IFPA (International Fitness Professionals Association), item writer for NASM (program design, fitness assessments, client relations and administration), Philippe is also a Black Belt in Ninjutsu and Shotokan Karate, 20+-year mixed martial arts veteran, over 10 years of personal training (group and individual instruction), military training (alpine patrols), surfer and motorcycle rider. His training experience spreads over 2 continents (US and Europe) in corporate and private sectors.

Philippe is officially RKC Certified by Pavel Tsatsouline as of June 2009. He constantly upgrades his skills and knowledge for his and his clients’ benefit. We should all strive for perfection and never attain it, for it would be the end of our journey!
